Bernhard Rueck was born in Karlsruhe, where he trained as a wholesale and foreign trade
Graduated as a merchant and has been working in sales in the woodworking industry ever since.

Bernhard Rueck has been living in Alsace since 1990, where he has extensively renovated an old farm on his own. His preference for furnishing, creating and design is reflected in the successful combination of old and new in his house.

There has always been a special interest in art, which initially manifested itself in the purchase or collection of pictures and has developed into an active phase of artistic creativity in recent years.

Bernhard Rueck first experimented with different materials such as wood and metal and used them to create figures.
